The Needle and Ink
A parallel is being drawn between tattoos and human interaction. Both are similar in the sense that, tattoos leave a permanent imprint on the wearer, likewise, human interactions and relationships leave a similar impact on the individual. The initial experience of receiving the tattoo will eventually fade away, leaving behind the art that is visible on the wearer's skin for the rest of their lives.
Tattoos, like life experiences, are a culmination of all the happiness and hardship the individual has experienced through life. In a sense, tattoos are the visual interpretation of being alive.
