The Place Where I Wait

This story feels like a bit of a disturbing love story. Love songs and poems always they will love someone till the end of time, and this story sort of extends that metaphor a little too far.  By being together after as ghosts, having forever together. "Until death dies", in other words till the end of the universe.

The Dark

Night time. The life period sunken in depression. The low points in life. The Dark can also mean evil or the absence of everything. The repetition of " we're not gonna sit in the dark anymore." In the dark, everything becomes another unrecognizable silhouette. The meaning of coming in the light then means to take action, to speak, to make on visible. The Darkness represents inaction and being a bystander. There's also the quote that the "You" tries to keep "me" from the light, "You" is the system and it is preventing the individual, in the case. The light is some kind of goal that the individual wants to achieve.
